Protea Retirement Village Centurion offers the following:

Accommodation:
The resort consists of 202 sectional title residences and is governed by the sectional title act by a board of trustees elected by the owners annually at a general meeting. Units range from single-bedroom dwellings without garage to twin and triple-bedroom units, each with a lock-up garage. Ownership (section title) can be purchased, or life-long occupation law can be negotiated with the owner of a unit. There are also administration offices, a dining and relaxation room with modern kitchen, Care center, swimming pool, park and reception-awning with braai facilities, library and hair salon. The resort's staff consists of a manager and 75 full-time employees.

Security:
Security is provided by an established contractor. The resort is fenced with electric wires, which are constantly patrolled by trained guards. The only input is strictly controlled and each unit is connected to the security by radio emergency button. The security system is connected to an external emergency response service.
